Hey, There appears to be a stuttering in cutscenes while I am playing. It is like a fast shaking which seems like it is mainly focused on the characters bodies. I am using one texture pack, "Better City Textures", but I think this only affects the environments. It isn't the framerate, as this stays put while the shaking happens. I'm on Windows 10.
